Unhappy VFF103 tire rub problem

So the last owner got those VFF-103 wheels one, but the dealer didn't know the size of those wheels, so I want to remove the wheel and find about the size, and found this. I believe the OEM front wheel should be 19*8.5 et38, and this is 19*8.5 et45, even larger than the stock spec, made the front even narrower, really cannot believe this. What should I do about it? Maybe adding a spacer? Thank you guys so much.

fornt wheel's spec

inside of the tire.

I got 20” VFF-103’s on my 19 C63s. Below are my specs:
Front: 245x35x20
Rear: 295x30x20

Since I haven’t seen my car for over 130 days, I don’t remember my offset but with a car with that much torque, I wouldn’t recommend a spacer. Maybe the wheels with that offset was completely wrong to begin with. Again, I may be wrong and wonder if someone more knowledgeable can offer some help here.

So I checked with vorsteiner, for this size, the lowest offset is +45, even closer to the chassis than the OEM wheels. I'm thinking to add a spacer that at least compensates the offset to OEM setting.

If you are concerned about rubbing, adding a spacer should have no effect one way or the other. Your offset on the Vorsteiner simply fills the wheel well. If you add a spacer your tires will most likely protrude beyond the fender wheel well. With the 45 offset you won't need spacers. I had spacers on my oem wheels but removed the spacers when adding my Vorsteiners.

Add at 10mm spacer and you'll be fine

So, what's the spec for your front wheels? Because 45mm offset is 7mm closer than the oem wheel...

Those wheels were built incorrectly if built for the C63. A +45mm offset is the wrong direction to go if you want to bring the wheel out more for an aggressive stance. They should have taken away 5-8mm (+33 to +30 et) on the OEM offset for the proper fitment if keeping OEM wheel size.

We do not recommend using spacers, even if they are hub centric, on high performance vehicles. Safest bet is to sell these wheels and find a set of wheels built properly for the vehicle.
