I wanted to thank all those who have responded to my questions over the past month. I tried to make a deal and order a C63s coupe but just could not make the numbers work so I decided to go in a different direction as I bought a 2020 Porsche 992 today. Having had my C63 for the past 10 years I can truly say that it has been a wonderful car and served me well over the 99300 miles!! After driving the 992, it is just on a different level than our beloved C63 cars. Really apples to oranges I know. Again, appreciate all the input from everyone!

Bought the 2020 Carrera S. Was spec'd out by Porsche factory and came with rear steer, PDCC and PASM and handles like it is on rails!! It's my first Porsche, so I am excited.......will also be my daily driver!!

Really, I think the reason we drive this C63 can be summed up in a word: ENGINE!!!

Congratulations! Hate to see you leave the AMG family but owning a 911 should be on everyone's bucket list. I never owned a 992 but owned a 991 C4S and wish I would have never gotten rid of it...Enjoy!!!
I may get a GT3RS or Huracan Performante or 600LT but will keep my AMG for daily duties. Really love that GT3RS holds value extremely well so may learn that way.
W205-S & Benzbell - Beautiful cars for sure!!! Benzbell, that GT3 RS would be an absolute blast to own (see that we both have Lamborghini's) Could never daily that though, so the 992 is a very nice compromise!
JPM-3 - Enjoy the C63s.....it's a great car for sure. The 992 is very different car as it's much lighter and more nimble. Each outstanding in their own right!
My son had the pleasure of driving a Porsche GT3RS two years ago in Vegas. Last year he drove a GT2. He has honorable mention being within the top 50 times ever. Said it was a beast!

You might want to research that statement. The market is saturated with super low mile used GT3RS's and they're not fetching near what everything thought they would.

That's if you speculated and paid ADM on the car. If you pay list. This car is very good on depreciation. Out of 97 or so I found of the 991.2 RS most are going at MSRP used or a tad under. So again the trick is to pay MSRP and nothing over.

I paid over mrsp with 2500 km. Supposedly there are only about 40 tourings in Canada. It was pretty much my perfect spec so I couldn’t help it

Enjoy your 992. I very much enjoy my Porsche Turbo and my C63S. The Porsche is significantly faster and more agile, but the sound of the C63S, albeit, not what it should be, is so good. The C63S is much roomier and much more practical, outside of winter conditions.
