W205 C63 RacePort Adaptor BOV

Got "Stage 2" or more though? The tiny factory system is likely leaking! plastic piston against a plastic seat, it isn't really up to the task now.
Have you also noticed the factory BOV is also used to control traction? especially between gears and even with traction control turned right off? YEP! So did we!
INTRODUCING our C63-RPA (RacePort Adaptor)
- Mechanical controlled Turbosmart Raceport, Only controlled from manifold pressure / vacuum. No annoying ECU control venting power.
- Quality CNCd from 6061 aluminium and anodized in red or black.
- Replaces stock BOV in about 15 minutes.
- Comes complete with valve simulation terminals, so your ECU still thinks it is doing its job. No CEL!
- Kit includes TurboSmart Raceport BOV and extra spring, available in red or black.
- Vacuum hose Simply tees into factory manifold fitting.
- Modification to factory harness plastics is required, or you may choose to remove the harness plastics completely . We will soon have an optional cover available.
- YES we are working on video's for sound and also test results
- Keeps your turbos' spinning as intended with factory BOV, BUT NO LEAKS and NO ECU control..
- Advantages: Far better throttle response. No boost leak, Big Boost capability.
The BOV job is to vent boost when you close your throttle. When you close the throttle your turbo's are still boosting, but the gate is closed! The boost has to go somewhere. It either goes back through the turbos (flutter/dose sound) damaging turbo bearings, and slowing spin. Or it goes out your BOV. Given we have seen factory turbos with under 70 000 kilometres that have worn bearings and massive end float. We highly suggest you retain a form of BOV.
