Any data or logs that show the air intake temp improvement over OEM?

I'm mostly interested in the intake air temps throughout a pull compared to OEM and the recovery times. With better cooling, I'd be looking for more consistent power - so the dyno numbers are just a small part of the story.

You guys may be better off doing street logs where you have actual air flow to the coolers and log the IAT's/recovery through HP tuners VCM scanner versus data from the dyno where air flow is limited to whatever fans are available.

This. I doubt this is something that will show any improvement on a dyno. If the coolers are more efficient I'd expect to see them take longer to heat soak and then hopefully air temps would also recover faster.

We have now moved on to Stage 2 turbos,

Car did not exceed 122* on the dyno with the 3 coolers. We will circle back with cruising results with our next customers car as we only had dyno for the coolers and we need to get to our Hybrid stage 4 turbos in the next few weeks. Unfortunately I cannot backtrack to put the car back to stock to get cruising base numbers. But the core sizes are drastically different. If you're in doubt of these you could go with the CSF unit instead, https://www.vrpspeed.com/product/w20...eat-exchanger/

Sorry guys, Just right now getting through our stage 2/4/ and single turbo setups, aswell as intakes are the main priority as we have billet intake manifolds with port injection and a number of other products we have to get tested immediately. we will circle back as mentioned at a later date. PM Me if you have any other questions.

Sounds like you have your hands full and it's cool to see all the M177 development you're doing! You got my attention when you mentioned single turbo kit...

I posted this on April fools on IG a bunch of years ago for a laugh 🙂

Youre hyping me up for my own build haha, Yeah, My personal car will have the big single kit, We will see how people react and potentially do a limited run. We made a custom heat shield specifically for the single, So we are very ready to make it happen.

I tried reading the graphs. There are no this vs. that on the graphs themselves. Like HP vs. RPM. I also found them difficult to read since they used the same colors for before and after on the same graph.

It would appear to me that the only "development and testing" being done is to make sure it fits.

As mentioned previously we do have them on our shop car. We are going to go back and get run data, but we have alot of other 177 products to knock out. Our units are much larger volume than the factory units, The front unit has approximately 75% increase in volume over the stock Unit, and the side units have approximately 80% increase in volume. Surface area is almost the same, you will also see an increase in flow rate for the intercooler circuit as these are less restrictive on the liquid side. This will result in improved cooling efficiency.

I have a c63s, ED1, 2016 and I am sure there are 3 coolers at the front. do you have a kit with 3 coolers? I see you kit only seems to have 2? Are the auxiliary side units the same boths side so you can just order 2 then plus the main centre one?
