Exhaust quieter after car warms up

I love the sound when my car is starting to warm up. The bangs are much louder before car fully warms up. When engine temperature reaches above 200 F, car loses a lot of the loud bangs. Any way to keep loud bangs after car is warmed up?

Facelift or prefacelift?

Prefacelift with PE. I love the Big Bang sound when letting off throttle especially going through tunnels. I want to keep my car stock so hoping there is a way to keep the bangs and pops when car warms up.

Little contradictory: want to change how it behaves but want to keep it stock. Not sure there is a solution for that w/o changing something. You can start with the ASR module that keeps your exhaust valves open all the time. Retains the rumble at low RPM more. I also get "mini-pops" at lower RPM and in Comfort mode that way. Than you can tune your car and ask for burble/pop and bang tune. That increases it in general. Just one caution, these additional pops and bangs don't come from nowhere and for free and it wears on your turbo's more.
Only stock way to get "more" bangs is to simply hit the pedal harder and let it go more rapidly, also shifting later up and earlier down...but that just makes them come more often not louder.

Drive the car in Sport+ or Race, put it in manual, and go WOT to about 4200 rpm and quickly let off the throttle - you will definitely get some loud pops and cracks with stock everything. Knowing the RPM, engine load, throttle position, you can basically fire shots on demand if you wanted to.

3rd or 4th gear get high in RPM range then let off the gas will = Some burbles lol

or kick down from 5th to 4th , will get heads to turn on the freeway .. I love every minute of it.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I prefer to stay stock because I like the idea of being stock but sounding like aftermarket but not. I think the weather definitely has some affect. On colder days even when engine is warm the car sounds pretty loud with the bangs but on hot days and engine warmed up, the bangs are not as loud.

I know this going to sound very childish (I’m 47 btw)
I remember one time there was this really loud e92 M3 and he was stuck at a red light in a tunnel ready to turn left onto freeway, I had the green light and was going straight and accelerated and made such a loud bang in the tunnel it sounded like a shot gun went off. I think I scared the M3 driver.

I don't find it childish at all...it's all part of the fun when owning a car like this.
Although I don't drive around constantly trying to make the car pop and bang so people hear but when ever I drive through a tunnel I just can't help myself.

Glad you don’t find it childish, makes me a little less guilty when I’m banging and popping around.
Same here, I don’t normally try to attract attention when just driving around town but on the open road, I let her loose and bang away.
when going through tunnels or underpass, I try to make a loud bang which makes me giggle like a school girl.
