Running a similar set-up as Fishy22, minus the AWE track exhaust. On Michelin PS4S (295 rear) can spin to the top of 3rd gear, if the tires aren't fully warmed up (and sometimes even if they are).

The next step after these set-ups is additional fueling, which is typically meth. The downside is it's not a great set-up for a daily driver.

Working on getting a dyno session soon but have been told to expect 650-670whp on 93 octane.

"Big Turbo" set-ups like the PTG1000's, the ECU tune moves the power curve over ~2k RPM, to about 4-4.5K RPM, so it's definitely a different feeling from a stock (or "stage 2") C63S when the boost comes on.

Hope that helps.

I don't yet but it's on the list of things to do/get. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm somewhere in the 6's but it's hard to tell.

Stage 3

I'm like most of the guys above
PTG1000 turbos
Catless downpipes
Spool HP pumps
Weistec intakes
Aquamist water meth
Best 100-200kmh time I managed was 5.10 with traction issues, im running 295 R888R's and it still roasts them.
Unfortunately where I live the fuel is crap so there definitely will be faster guys out there with the same setup.
I'm waiting for a decent in tank upgrade fuel pump upgrade to come out so I can run higher E fuel blends
ZAC has rumored they are developing a split cooling system that's going to be more affordable than the 3000USD PTG system , so waiting for that also

PTG 1000 Turbos
Downpipes
Meth Kit
Zac Intakes

Currently at 715WHP

Car needs to go back for a CPC module but thinking maybe to replace the exhaust with a AWE track version before it goes back on the dyno

Also curious to see what methanol system everyone is running. Are you tuned for methanol using it for extra fueling or just using it as a cooling/octane booster? ZIpzap how is your experience with the spool HPFP? How involved is the install and where they difficult to dial in? I see you have methanol also, what system are you using and would you recommend it? I'm still on the stock fuel system and looking into methanol kits vs Spool HPFP as my next upgrade. Appreciate any insight, thanks!!

Right now I have pure1000 turbos running a conservative 93 meth tune makes 730whp . best time is 5.93 but it does 6.0-6.05 almost every time. I roll into it from 3rd vs 2nd. r888rs do great above 45mph for me. Just installed spool hpfp and lpfp gonna take it back for e50 tune hopefully shoot for 850-900

sub-6 seconds is MOVING!

I'm super curious about the meth set-up you (and everyone else) has.

What are the basic costs and level-of-effort to implement (kit cost and install effort) and run meth (do you just buy by the gallon)? I've never seen or built a car with meth injection so curious about the process on this platform (i.e. pros and cons).

On top of 93oct, it seems like meth can gain you a good 50-75whp extra. Is that a fair statement?

I did the burger motorsports meth kit. it was $800 but you will need to buy your own controller for it if you don't have a jb4 installed. I have a snowvc50 for like $250. A lot of people use the weistec trunk kit its about $1500. Did all install myself probably 6 hours of labor total. 50-75 is probably a safe range for sure. Also use boost juice its 50/50 water meth and can be bought anywhere online

For you guys running WMI kits, are the hp increases due to a custom tune for utilization of the WMI or as a result of reduced intake temps?

Yes you have to tune for it to get any substantial gain

It was slipping before this power so I upgraded to Blackboost clutches

How many miles on them so far and how are they holding up? What made you go with them over some of the other brands out there?

I don't know anything about that company, so I'm genuinely curious.

That’s fast!! I’m on the stock fuel system, no meth, running 93 octane and my best 60 to 130mph was a 6.31. Your car is moving!! Congrats!!
