Had my 2019 C63s coupe (purchased new in April 2019)at car spa yesterday for wash/clay bar/polish about 3 hours. Just the outside and no interior cleaning was performed.
As I left the location a Display Message came on: 12V Battery see Operator's Manual. (see Operator's Manual photo below).
The Operator's Manual states leave the engine running for a few minutes or drive for a longer distance. The battery will charge.
I also recieved an email from Mercedes me connect advising my battery was Critical and to drive 30-60 minutes or connect a Battery charger.
I needed to drive 45 minutes anyway and parked with no further warnings.
My Battery is 3 years and 8 months and always parked inside.
About 3 weeks ago I had a tire replaced at a MB Dealership. They had my car for 3 days(waiting for the tire delivery) and at the end of the 3rd day Mercedes me connect advised that the Battery level was Critical. The SA nothing to worry about?
Is this an indication that the Battery is on the way out? Or should I bring it in to the MB Express Service to have it inspected?
mileage 22,600 miles.
Check auto start/stop. If not activated shortly after a few seconds driving you need new battery
That's strange, becauseI believe it was not on when the car was started but not sure if I had instinctively turned it off then turned it on and then off again.
I am going now to see if that happens and find out which MB Dealership have it in stock and have it inspected.
thanks.

Yep happened to me. It does not activate just when started, you need to drive for a little while and see if activates or not. It should no take more than 1 or 2 minutes
How often do you drive your car? Because of the permanent online connection the battery discharges while the car is parked. I've had these same low battery warnings before when the car was in for service. I now make sure the battery is fully charged before dropping it off and since then I haven't had any warnings anymore. My battery currently says partially charged in the app and it has been like this for several weeks, because I only drive about 20-40 miles a week at the moment.
If you don't drive your car much you can use the Standby mode. I use it whenever I go on a trip. I usually hook it up to a battery tender the night before and then activate standby mode. That way it can sit for several weeks. I was away for a month earlier this year and the battery was still fully charged when I came back. It tells you how long you can leave it parked before the battery needs to be charged.

Currently drive about 4 days a week. Driving about 45 minutes with occasion 1 hour+ on trips now and then trips but not many.
Since this occurred on monday I should have used the Stand by Mode when I parked but did not.
So now attempting to call 2 MB Dealership to see if the battery is in stock and if needed to see how long it would take to install it. But like to see if Express Service can do an inspection today.
I needed a new tire(leak) maybe 3 weeks ago, dropped it off monday morning, SA said it would be in tuesday morning and finished by noon. The tire did not arrive till Wednesday afternoon and was completed at 5pm Wednesday.
The first available loaner was a time in January. Sad.
Thanks.
Update:
Regarding my OP. The Auto Start/Stop works as it should. I drove over this afternoon to one of the MB Dealership but was too late for a tech. to do a inspection.
A Service Advisor from another dealership returned my called this afternoon and I explained what I stated in my OP.
Based on the age of the battery, the concern that this Display message appear by have the car in a car spa for only 3 hours and the recent cold weather he recommended I have it evaluated. He said it may be the Battery or something draining it but do get it evaluated.
After I parked tonight the current situation indicates Battery status is Partially Charged. But from my experience simply opening and closing the door can put it from Full Charged to Partially Charged.
I have an appointment friday morning.
The SA informed the first loaner available is in mid February. Not a good situation if you have an emergency repair that will be at the Dealership for extended period of time and have only 1 car.
My Stand By mode shows 10 weeks.
Which country are you guys in? Because in Auatralia it's a known problem that the battery is faulty. MB should cover it if the car is still under warranty.
My 21 saloon has had this message come on and off since I purchased the vehicle back in November of 2021. The battery monitoring system detects a fault depending on voltage. Anything below 12 volts will throw the battery critical warning.
Update on my OP:
Today the Dealership performed a battery test. The results noted Battery was not ok. So a new battery was installed (battery was 3 years and 8 months old).
When I went to pay, to my surprise, the SA said it was covered under warrenty.
For now, as I just checked my app.the battery is in Fully *Charged mode instead of always in Partially Charged mode with the old battery.
*
In NYC area there is at least a month wait to obtain a loaner.

Yeah I told you it would be covered. They know there is a problem.
