I just spoke to one of their techs about getting a tune done on my C63S and he informed me that in addition to the Weistec tune I will need to purchase another CPC Module..Otherwise the Weistec tune will be overrode .
Has anyone else with a Weistec tune on their W205 C63S experienced this?
Thanks

Looks like I found a reputable tuner who can tune the ECU without requiring a new CPC. Only stage 1 but it’s still am increase in over 100HP.

I think that the CPC is basically a sanity check on the ECU, so if the Car is making more power it will pull timing fueling etc, so it is back to stock power level. Also if you run downpipes on your 2019+ car you might need a CPC to solve the check engine light that may or may not occur.
I have a Weistec Stage 1 + CPC fitted to my C63s; planning to do Stage 2 (catless DP) soon.
CPC is not "required", but it will remove the torque limits and speed limiter; it does not affect peak horsepower.
If you are planning on making more torque in the future (via Stage 2, upgrade turbo, etc.), you will need a CPC tune to unlock the torque; otherwise, the stock CPC will override the ECU and limit your torque output.

Reach out to Alec @PTG and see what they can do plus you'll have a better tune.

Both weistec and EC told me I essentially wont feel any gains on car with factory cpc and it's not until you swap it out will you see the benefits from the ecu tune....per weistec, their cpc is compatible with any reputable/quality tune.....I already paid for the ecu tune and got nothing, is it worth dishing out the additional 2k while maintaining my warranty. As of now I dont have any plans to do downpipes or upgraded turbos. just want to add some more power to it while staying within all safety parameters. has anyone done or know of anyone who used two different tuning companies? I dont believe the cpc will interfere with the ecu tune, at least it shouldnt....? sorry if im a little naïve. thanks all for your input

ExploreIt does give you a benefit. The benefit is not having your torque limited.
I cannot tell you if it will interfere with the power just for just Stage 1, because I do not know what the exact limits are for stock CPC; There is not much literature and discussion about this topic, so I can only speculate.
According to this article, the CPC is limiting both torque and horsepower, but this is for the e63.

I decided to go with Eurocharged Stage 1 ECU & TCU tune. Apparently they have a workaround for the CPC on 2019’s.
The tune gets uploaded tomorrow. 🤞

sure did!! The tune is amazing . I couldn’t be happier . Very noticeable difference in power from the ECU TUNE as well as transmission shift points from TCU tune in both acceleration and deceleration . Originally Posted by borek40404

I have a 2020 C63S with only BMC air filters. Eurocharged Stage II and stock CPC. There is a very noticeable performance increase even with the stock CPC. I had a tuned CPC with the tune and went back to stock unit because it killed the drivability and big drop in top end power, nothing happening after 4k.
