I had a misfire in my FL last year and even though it cleared it was running a bit rough for a while. I was like a 100 miles away from home, but it started to run fine after a while. Dealership updated the ECU and so far have not had any misfires again. I see yours is a 2019 as well, so you could have the same issue and your ECU needs the same update.

So as noted by the Owners Manual photo below I will bring it in to MB tomorrow.
If it was caused by filling up the car with bad fuel so what can be done now since I have a full tank? The gas cap was secured.

It's either bad gas, a loose gas cap or coincidently one of your coil packs have decided to say goodnight
Therefore, I am currently at the Mb dealership service having it evaluated and what code was set off. SA first thoughh, without asking, did I recently gas up the car.
So just waiting at the dealership to see what's what.

After that the tech will see if any other issues need to be address regarding this issue. The work order included possibilty draining the gas tank.
. The SM stated the dealership recently have had cars coming on with misfires from the change from fuel grade winter to summer.
They were able to give me a loader.
So now just waiting for an update.

Yesterday I had a 1/4 tank but decided to fill it up as I always do. At a busy Mobile station. After filling up the car I drove approx.4 miles and that's when the Engine light came on.
I purchased the MB Extended warranty but the SM said these are covered with or without a warranty for 100,000 miles. Good information for other members on this site to know.
Once I hear back I will update this site.

Can anyone confirm this?

I had new spark plugs installed 3 weeks ago and my car, as always, ran great.
Howevrr this past Thursday evening filled the gas tank and within about 4 miles and 10 minutes later got the Engine warning light.
Currently at MB and initial evaluation: 2 misfired cylinders.
It appears this happened right after the car was filled up. Gas cap was secured.
