Hello everyone.....I was thinking of having HMS work on my E350 and am spending about $5K !

BUT before I do, I wanted feedback from member's who have had experience with their services in terms of punctuality, parts, service in general, prices, reliability, etc...or any other advice/information you may have.

Thanks in advance for your time & help!!!!!!

Ed & John definitely know their stuff. HMS is one of the few shops i trust to work on my car... They're actually a sponsor of the other MB board and work on a lot of MB's and both drive AMG's an E55 & CLK55. You're in good hands over there....

Thanks!

I checked out mymbonline.com and there is some feedback available...hit or miss basically...I hope after it all, their work meets/exceeds my expectations!

I'm just really, maybe obnoxiously, picky with my car!!

i had some electrical problems thats was more of a mercedes stuff. All the standard bolt on stuff like oil change, tranny flush and replacing the radiator, i just took it to my regular mechanic. All mechanical stuff can be serviced by any regular mechanic.

Its only the electronics that needs mercedes mechanic with a star machine.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The level of professionalism,personal-ism, quality and price can not be matched anywhere. Truly a Class Act. Everywhere else has ended up quoting me more for the same work so, I can't agree with one of the earlier posts here, but hey, that's his experience. I always feel like the vultures at other shops see the star on my hood and think they can hit me with all kinds of up charges just because they can. NOT the case at ///HMS. Agreed, Both Ed and Jon know there stuff. The helpers, painters and everyone else there are all very good at doing what they do and definitely know their stuff. See you there possibly as I'll be getting some work done there again shortly.

Call Ed, he'll hook it up. His pricing is competitive with the competition. This i know from Wheels, BBK, Coils

Call ED, he'll hook you up brotha. They do a great job, me and most of the guys over at myMB only go to HMS. ED and the crew are the only ones i'd trust my car with... and i'm REALLY picky/****
