I have to give it my mandatory "second puff" before I deem it box-worthy for myself, but it's among the best I've had in recent months.
A Padron maduro anything is hard to top I have had many cigars that taste and feel like a Padron but no cigar

Worth noting that I still prefer the 5000 maduro

TY! Flor De Oliva is a fairly cheap smoke at no more than $2/stick. But smoke one out of the box and give it another smoke after you give it some age in your humidor and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I've had your standard Glenfiddich, Glenlivet, McCallan and all that and out of those 3 I prefer my McCallan. I really like Glenmorangie's line of scotch and I do enjoy Glendronach scotch as well. I was recently given a bottle of 14yr Balvenie Carribean Cask and I am really liking the nose and the flavor of this particular bottle.

Great choice in SMS...I'm starting to dig some Japanese scotch lately...Hibiki 30yr and Yamakazi 18yr...but I still go for some special Glenlivet, Glenfiddich, and Macallan on certain occasions when I want to spoil the crew.

If I want to watch my buds to have fire come out of their ears...I give them some of my Ardbeg or Laphroaig. It took me awhile to adjust to the peaty/smokiness of those scotches but when I'm in the mood to bust ***** at our poker night...it'll come out.

I played golf yesterday (@ my home course) and took some great pics of Cohiba Behike 54, Partagas No. 2 Limitada 2012, and my usual Cafe Con Leche. Beautiful pics...no SD card in camera...*****...but then again I putted great for a 78.

I played late today with and this time SD card inserted... Played terrible front nine...44 but made it up with a 39 on the back nine. This particular course always has my number...narrow fairways, undulating greens, and wind picked up today.

My local shop has built a rather large Liga Privada stock over the last few months... The have the #9, T52, a few other types that I forgot, and the "Feral".

IIRC I saw someone mention the Feral being a great smoke... worth the $16 plunge?

I think it is...the only thing is they are hard to come by. Everyone I've smoked has been choice.

Yeah they seemed to sell well, they only had two sticks left of the Feral. They have pretty much every size in the #9 and T52. They also carry the "Undercrown" lineup... supposed to smoke like the LP, but about 50% cheaper.

The undercrown is a good smoke...they made it as a house cigar for their staff and it was liked by them so much they put it out for release to the general public.

I'd agree with the sentiment that it's a "good" smoke. Coffee & leather, good sweetness to it. Box worthy? Meh... But I wouldn't kick a few out of my humidor. I found it for $8 at Cordova Cigars in Pensacola. Good stick

Smoked a pleasant surprise yesterday, the Aroma De Cuba. LOADED with flavor, fat ring gauge (60) and excellent construction. It came with the sampler I bought from Cigars International... if I could find a box of these on CigarBids for cheap, I'd absolutely spring for it. Cocoa & leather, some nuts, occasional toast hints.

Last but not least, Cohiba Churchill. Razor-sharp burn, excellent construction, medium strength. Simply a joy to smoke. Solid, white ash that looked like a stack of nickels.

From today...

Early morning organization...

For breakfast...Tabak Cafe Con Leche...

Driving to the course and on range...Padron 1964 "A"...long smoke but very very smooth...like all 1964's...not as strong as the 1926's but just as enjoyable.

Course menu...

1. Padron Family Reserve 46yr...easy draw, great ash, and fantastic cigar...

2. Partagas Serie C No.3 Edicion Limitada 2012...my new favorite island cigar.

3. Liga Privad UF13...first one I've smoked...I'm impressed...not as bodied as the Feral but razor sharp burn and very smooth. If you like the Feral or the 52...you will like this a lot.

Ended up smoking 5 Cigars over the weekend. My first round of golf for 2013 was on Sunday! Had the first 3 holes starting off very good. Surprised myself with a very lucky chip in for par Then it went all down hill from there Oh well. Enjoyed a nice Cafe Con Leche! I ordered some more Padron 3000, San Lotano Maduro's and I am on backorder for Cohiba.

This weekend I had 2 Romeo 1875's, 2 Padron 3000 Maduro's and a Cafe Con Leche

Loving those 45th Maduro Padrons Jon. I must say they are my all time favorite stick so far. They have great construction to them and the body feels like a felt to me. Padron does it right everytime! They are so good! Those Cohibas are so hard to find. The real ones I have some on back order from Canada from a reliable supplier. I am also trying to hunt down some LP #9's as well from a guy in Sarasota.

Love those Liga's. Those DR Cohibas are ok too. However I did not have a nice experience with Aroma De Cuba. Bad after taste fro me I find. Seems to be up here in NY the only LP we can find is the undercrown.

I never understood R&J's designation of "Short Churchill"... isn't that just a Robusto?

Rocky Patel Decade from tonight posted below... Great smoke, a bit of a rough start (peppery, not much sweetness) but after the 2/3 mark it mellowed into a flavor that I simply wanted to hug, if I could.

Saturday night in FL I smoked an Oliva Serie V Figurado... this was an ****-whooper. The V is a full-bodied smoke as it is; the Figurado simply cranked it up to 11. Still an amazing smoke.

Also worth sharing the "Sunrise Cafe Con Leche" from Sunday

I smoked a second ADC Tuesday night, just to confirm if my palette wasn't swayed by being on vacation, LOL...

If I'm honest, I rather enjoyed it. Perhaps not as remarkable as the first time I had it, but still a solid smoke. Might pick up a 5-pack in the future just to brighten up the humidor. Gorgeous labels

Talking Had the most memorable round of Golf today...

Ended up playing this morning around 9am with my father. A 72' day and a nice ride to the course in the S Class with the sunroof back We ended up getting teamed up with another man and his friend. The day started with the first hole the one man forgot to fasten his clubs to the back of the cart so while we all teed off and pulled away his clubs fell off the cart and hit my golf cart We then proceeds to the next hole where we tee off. He hits a bad shot in the water and throws the club and uses every inappropriate 4 letter word you can think of. At this point I cannot even stand and focus because this guy is just killing me. Long story short I ended up getting 2 pars on the front 9. Now the back 9 comes and we are teeing off and just as I am getting ready to hit the sound of running away golf cart that gets my ear and I turn around and yupp you guessed it... He forgot to the parking break on and there goes the golf cart down the path where it goes into a field. Thankfully no one was hurt at all. I only ended up having one cigar that I lit up at the turn. I enjoyed a wonderful Cafe Con Leche today.

At least you got to enjoy the nice weather and a good cigar...

You know I think I've bought about 3 of those clips and been gifted 2...needless to say I've lost everyone on the course...

My smokes today...

Met up with 2 buddies of mine for some cigars and coffee and beer @ Tampa Humidor.

Smoked the El Scorpion Natural Opus X I didn't get a chance to smoke yesterday...My Goodness this was a great smoke. It came from the 2011 Opus X Chrarity box and its at about 2.5yrs aged since I got the box...so smooth...the strength snuck up on me though. I highly recommend you age your Opus X cigars...you won't be disappointed.

THEN I went to meet a photographer I met through C2Design and he did a photoshoot on the 993tt...smoked a Tabak Cafe Con Leche while I watched him work...as you can tell my photography skills suck.
