ventilated seats? electronic trunk closer? the price is fair depending on condition. Not great, not bad, but fair.

Be careful if you are on a budget because there will be some maintenance and repairs and they won't be cheap.

Just repairs. Its a 2000. It is a first year car. I looked at maybe a dozen used ones and found something (minor) with almost everyone. I am just saying minor things can be expensive.

45K is around the bottom floor for a decent CL. So perhaps you can find a lower milage one under warranty for say 50K. It may seem like 5K now, but a couple of repairs later that 5K may be spent anyway and you will not have as nice a car. I am saying don't go for the cheapest CL you find. They all look pretty clean. Its that kind of car. You just don't know what problem is lurking in some electrical harness or under the hood. If you are prepared for possible problems and like the car then go for it.

Get one that has the warranty. The parts for this specific car are expensive. The 2000 model still has the big key if i am not wrong.
