2002 CL500 few questions

I test drove a cl500 today amg package parktronik, silver on black 68k miles on it, new brakes, new tires, all 4 new struts, has aftermarket warranty bumper to bumper from Luxury Motors that covers everything including tires until 04/09. The exterior looks perfect, could use a good wash/wax but ok. Interior not so clean. Driver side door panel ,the part where all power seat controls are located was poped out and I was not able to get it in place, the leather looked lot cheaper comparing to a 2002 cl600 I drove with little more miles. I also noticed that the driver side windows took longer to close then passinger side. The ride was very firm comparing to cl600 I was able to feel the smallest bump. The seller wants 19k for the car but he is negotiable.
What do you think, good buy? It drove great, and transmission worked perfect. no dings or dents

Big and Heavy 03 CL
I would keep looking. Those little issues you mentioned about the door panel could be a sign of a big underlying problem. Its a buyers market, especially for CL's. Keep looking. There are a lot of really clean ones for around the same price. Also, having gone through door window issues myself...steer clear of them, they are costly!

He is right, find something different but stay away from the 600 at all cost.

Is it a common thing for that thing to pop out like that, I saw pictures of another car had the same issue.
Hows the ride with in a cl500 sport package, this one felt very rough even with new struts all around.

What the hell? You didn't even spell extremist correctly.

I will be the first to say that I cant spell. I hope no one took it the wrong way, nothing racial was intended with my comment. I was just trying to stress the point of something like this happening is highly unlikely. I am sorry if I offended you. But don't take it the wrong way.

No I just thought it was really odd. I'm not sure anything could offend me, and if it did that's my problem not yours.

A lot is an understatement when it comes to those pre-03 non-turbo V12 engines.

We are actually thinking of selling our 02 CL500.
