Next thing on the board are tires. So what brand and size tires for 19inch wheels on a w215 (04 CL600) based on personal experience? Thanks for any help.

Just don't get cheap ones. Mine are very low profile and I now go with tires that come stock on heavy cars like Benzes and Bentleys. I had to repair my dented Brabus wheels so many times with cheap tires that it offset the savings.
