Passenger side issues galore!!! HELP PLEASE!!
I have a 2002 CL 500 and it has been a pretty solid vehicle minus the ABC issues that most or many of us have experienced. However, I am now having a big time problem with no power to the following: passenger seat adjustments, passenger window (stuck in up position about an inch higher than window frame), passenger rear view mirror. It has been like this for quite some time, and in fact this issue arose before, but after maybe two months, the problem miraculously fixed itself. Things were fine for a few more months after that. Then I went to get my windows tinted a few weeks ago, and the problem reared its ugly head once again. PLEASE tell me someone knows what the culprit is and hopefully has an inexpensive fix to the problem at hand. Thanks guys!

check your wiring harness going into the door, for breaks, or frays.

Thank you both for your swift responses. As far as door modules are concerned, I googled this issue before and someone mentioned the module. Therefore, I ordered one that was parted out from a wrecked vehicle. Everything about it appeared to be in like new condition and the guy who sold it, who owns a very reputable physical locationand eBay parts business, stood by his parts condition.
Anyways, it was pretty simple to detach the original one and attach the replacement. However, still no power. So, I put the old one back on since I figured the part was not the issue, and that original module was in place when the power was "miraculously" restored as mentioned in my original post. By NO MEANS am I a mechanic/technician by any stretch of the imagination. I simply love this car and want it to keep it in tip top shape. With all of that being said, wouldn't it at this point appearm that frayed wiring is the culprit as biker349 suggests? And if so, do I have to pull the entire door panel off to get to these wires? Again, thanks for your help gentlemen. Its cool to come to a place where assistance is so freely and kindly offered. I look forward to your response(s) and expertise.

Okay, thank you. I imagine I am going to have to cut away through padding to expose these sorts of wires correct? Pardon the dumb questions, but again I am no expert though I am technically inclined.

Pull the boot out from either side and you will see the harness, you may need to cut open the harness length wise to see the wires. Nothing else needs to be cut, just pull the accordion looking boot out of the door and/or body
The boot is in the door hing area, you cant miss it

I'm dealing with the same problem. Replaced my DCM and completely re-wired everything from the door down to the footwell. I'm stumped.
... and kinda pissed, frankly.
