CL600 need part identified on Steering/hydraulic pump

Hello, I have a 2002 cl600. The ABC hydraulic system has sprung a good leak right on top of the pump. Its a dead end metal cylinder that bolts to the pump then has 3 bolts that hold it to the block and goes no where after that. The cylinder has a bar code on it with about 20 numbers on it. Some kind of pressure reducer I think? Have searched all over but cant even find a picture of it. Called the dealership..they just want to sell me a $1400 pump. But every picture I find doesn't show this item and its is not included with a pump. Can anyone identify? thank you for your help.

VIN for 2002 cl600 V-12

Thanks MJ and Plutoe. I've since updated and moved thread to proper place. Would not let me do that yesterday. Still looking for an answer though.
Tusabes, as I said this part is not included with the pump from what I can tell. So not sure why id throw money at a pump? Please explain?

Sorry about the VIN. When I called the dealership they only needed the last 8 digits to give me info.
