Mercedes
If they are original Mercedes wheels Yes they will fit
if they are aftermarket /replica they might have a different offset and may rub

W221 OEM wheels generally use ET43 front and rear, which will work fine with W220.

However, those tires will have a greater diameter than stock w220 wheels, so you may get a rub on the inside of the front wheel arch liner on the front wheels on full lock.

Check those et numbers ( the 35s) they should not be the same front and rear...should be 30 on the rear...and a narrower width as mentioned above.

Ideally 245 35 and 275 30.

i have installed the 20'' wheels
they seem to work fine, but the only problem is with the front tires.
245/40/20
every time i turn the wheel right or left to the max the tire rubs on the inner body.
i think i should go for 255/35/20
and rear tires 285/30/20
please let me know what u guys think
thanx

Agreed (though personally I strongly prefer 275/30/20 on the front).

245/40/20 are much too tall, and they will upset the handling.

Mercedes
He will probably have rubbing with 275 30 20 front while using these rims

As Renault says you should get 245 35 20 front and 275 30 20'rear if you want to avoid rubbing
