Car wont start only after reset

Hey guys I am having a problem with my car, me and my mechanic cannot figure it out. Yesterday I lifted the engine up a bit to get a pulley out once I put the engine back down it did not want to start, no crank, today my mechanic came reset the car with star even though it has no codes and it started but once you turn it back off it wont start again. He reset it again and it starts but again after turning it off it wont start again. Now it wont even start after the reset what could be going on? Also the abc system is all the way down now it was fine forever but after one of the resets now its down. it probably needs to be started so the pump can put fluid back into the shocks but maybe thats good info for someone here?

I have a video of what it does it just clicks which is some other part of the car working but it does not crank.

I was just about to dm you, Yes thats probably what he meant with reset / clear codes even though there are none, also when he was doing the "resets" the car was jacked up in the front but when he put it back down the abc suspension is all the way down in the front... maybe he messed with something in xentry? Tomorrow I have a certified Mercedes tech coming with star and xentry if you can how does it work to let you connect?

Found the problem it is the starter, The wires connecting to it are blueish and depending on how you wiggle the wire it starts or does not start. The starter itself has very high resistance. Going to change it out.

yes 👍 I had a question when the first mechanic was trying to figure it out he had the front of the car in the air and was restarting the ecu a couple times but and disconnecting the battery too but once he put the car down the front is now slammed, the benz tech said it comes back up when the car is on and the pump activates but could the first mechanic messed something up with xentry?

yes
if he reset your suspension the wrong way he messed up all your settings
all levels have to be redone

"I only erased codes and tried to reinitialize your ecu, I didn't alter anything w the ABC (that I know of) but I'll bring it either way"

Thats what he said. If he does need to redo them is there a tutorial that we can check out that you know of?

I just got the same ABC level request by email, but looks like not being you
If you can borrow a Xentry, I can level your car in 20 min of time, its a bit tricky

Sounds good bro thanks for the help, I am waiting on the starter to get here to install it and see if maybe turning the car on it just raises it self. The levels you can put are stock or can they be a bit lower because I was thinking of buying the lowering links.
