I was at a Mercedes-Benz Club event today at Ray Catena in Union, NJ and a guy from MBUSA came to speak. He brought with him, his brand new CL550. The exterior was an unusual color, it was almost purpleish and it had a grey interior.

 

Now thats beautiful..

Ok I know this is supposed to be pictures, but I don't want to start a new thread just for this. Tonight when I was dropping off my car at the dealership there was a shiny, prepped for delivery White CL550 with AMG Sport Package. Up until now I really didn't like the design of the new CL, and I never like white cars. But WOW...this car completely won me over. I might even like the white CL better than Black !

Btw, I would have taken a picture for you guys but it was way to dark for my camera phone and that's all I had with me. I guess refer to the pics someone posted above, but they really didn't excite me when I saw them on here. The real life car though certainly did!

wow! that looks SO BEAUTIFUL!

 

The car is stunning but only when it has AMG or some other aftermarket cladding. White is the best color on this car without a doubt. The only thing I don't like are the taillights. Something is just missing back there. Not sure what it is. The rest of the styling is 100% beautiful.

 

I think the tail lights are too red. Most modern MBs have some white in the tails, the only white in the new CL tail light is on the side.
