Hey So. Cal 55 and 65 owners!
AMG owners:
Hey-I'm new to MB World and mainly reside where I belong; as a little brother should, on the 500/600 forum.
However, I have come knocking on your door to ask that any 55/65 owners who live in So. Cal support an attempt at a CL convergence and appropriate entrance to a meet planned for August 26th in HB with I think about 50 other MBZ owners. (see the link below)

It's just an idea (that would also make for a great pic) that would'nt be complete without the attendance of our looked-up-to brothers- the 55's and 65's.

I'm back from a business trip and must say glad to see the response.
The help from the 55 and 65 owners is appreciated and as I said earlier would not be complete without.
This photo opportunity is one not to miss and should make for one of the hottest photos on MB World (besidesBlahzayblah's signature shot.)

David already blew your cover. Check out his post on the meet thread. In David's defense I think he was just proud to have you guys along. Trust me I would trade my car any day of the week for yours! I test drove an 05-CL65black beauty with 5k miles on it a year ago. I fell in love with it and was sad when the dealer laughed at my offer. It was only 5k below his price. The car is still on his lot a year later.
I love my 211E55, but you guys should keep a strong grip on your keys at the meet. 
I can't wait to see the photo of you guys lined up! Looking forward to meeting all of you!

I plan on being there at the photo shoot at 11 am. BenzGal, who is organizing the BBQ, is asking help in getting people to bring food, etc. She has a list of items to review and sign up for. Maybe we can help her out. See you 8/26!
