Cl600?

Looks like the tach says V12 biturbo, perhaps it's a CL65?

Wait Wait. He bought A CL600 and converted it (engine and interior dash) to a 65 ? Umm..... shouldnt he just get a CL 65? Cost wise - he couldnt have saved much. And plus, thats weird to totally change it to the 65.

Jeese, I doubt it's that hard to figure out.

It's either a true CL65 AMG, or as the title says, a Renntech CL600 with a 65 AMG instrument cluster.

Lame video... Give me the sound of the beautiful v12 or show me the scenery at least once... but a grainy video of a instrument cluster And what are you doing holding a phone or crappy camera driving at those speeds....

What are you smoking?
The CL600 is a 5.5 litre and the CL65 is a 6.0 litre not to mention different pistons, turbos, intercoolers, etc..........the two motors are not the same sorry.

The 65 engines have different pistons and crank from the 600. The 65 engine produces 50 hp more at the end than the 600.

You think it's possible to get sound of the engine at that speed, especially with all that sound-deadening material and the speakers doing their magic to keep the cabin quiet?

The 65 is a completely different 6.0 bi-turbo V12 from the 5.5 bi-turbo V12 in the 600 cars. Why would anyone put a 65 engine in a 600?

If you are going to work your tuning magic, start with the big dog.....

What do you mean by "at the end." The crank difference is 94 hp (604 vs. 510). If you mean 50 at the wheels, that sounds like too big of a drivetrain loss.

vic55 is right, I just saw this video and it's indeed 600 and not a 65 as the 55 and 65 both have "AMG", and only the >03 CL600 and CL65 says V12 Biturbo apparently
