CL65 DTM Wheel & Shift Paddles

Well I finally got my new steering wheel in my 2005 CL65. I also added the shift paddles and removed the buttons. To convert the paddles was a bit of a pain but with some mods I got it to work.

I didn't take any pics when I did it but I do have a link which I will attach here that is the same method I used. It is the only way I could get the paddles to work as the new paddles circuit board will not work it has different power output than the original buttons. It was actually not bad of a job the only tricky part was the amount of dremeling I had to do to make the old board fit the new paddles so it fit inside properly and made good contact. If you have any questions let me know

Looks sick! A definite mod for any AMG, it makes the car feel massively powerful!

Beautiful mod indeed. I would like to know how much was the steering wheel and paddles will cost.
Is it possible to get the CLK steering wheel into the W215, my sister's steering wheel on her W209 looks the same as your wheels with the paddles.

Thanks.

No the CLK wheel won't work. The complete setup is about $2000.00 and some hands on labour to modify the paddles to work
