If you have stock 19" or 20" wheels, they are ET43 Front and Rear.
The thinnest hubcentric front spacer is 10 mm. Anything over and your wheel
will be sticking out of the fender. Anything less and it will just be a flat disc without a hubcentric flange. The vibration will drive you crazy- you cannot accurately center the Front wheels with the 5 bolts and 1mm off is all it takes to wobble at 100kph+. Rear you can go 10mm or 15mm.
Attached photos of my car lowered 15 mm with 10mm F and 15MM R spacers.
Stock bolts are 45 mm long shaft, 14 thick x 1.5mm thread or "14 x 1.5 x 45" round head so order longer bolts :10mm spacers = 55mm, 15 mm spacers= 60mm. You can get away with all 60mm bolts as the hub thread is through and there is nothing behind so the longer bolts won't hit anything.
Good luck.

It vibrated all the way but it was worst over 100kph.
Now it is as smooth as ever, just make sure your wheels are balanced perfectly or you will never know what is causing the wobble
They offer Offset: +40,+42
Which one to choose?
FRONT WHEEL: 20 X 8.5
REAR WHEEL: 20 X 9.5

From 40 to 35 will require a 5 mm spacer which will not be hubcentric, as per my previous post.
ET40 wheels and leave it at that, they will still be 3mm more out than stock.
