If I were you, just buy a new one. If you can't affort new plastic, trade the car in.
You also may be able to source a used one from a junk yard. I sometimes use these guys...

JB Weld and similar epoxies are generally good at repairing plastics. I don't think the bond is as strong as super glue, but it appears less brittle. I would assume if it's your basic black plastic that it's ABS. Look for a code, possibly a recycling code, on it to try to identify exactly. Most epoxies, however, aren't that picky.

I hate that they use plastic for the clips that hold the molding and controls..$100,000 + car you would think that they would use metal. Clip goes and the part just hangs there and looks unfinished.Sorry for the vent. Not a big plastic fan when it come to holding things together. My kids vw had a plastic waterpump head.go figure
