just bought PLM headers from ebay
just got em from ebay for $1200 brand new , do you guys think i got a good deal???? it's for my 03 cl55 i already have the eisenmann exhaust do u think will sound better with the headers ???

I'm curious to see what you think of those ! I saw them on ebay also. I've been looking for headers too, ran a ad, "0" response ! Let us how installation goes ! I am sure you'll get a deeper sound !

To small to help with any decent power gains.. You may get a little more sound but your four cats control most the sound.. If you want sounds, then mufflers and add race cats..
I did the opposite.. I have large long tube headers, race cats and stock mufflers and resonators.. Make huge power, great sound under throttle and nice and quiet at cruise!

I recently purchased and returned a set of PLM 63 headers that were on ebay.
These were without doubt the worst designed headers that i have ever seen, obviously designed for ease of manufactured with no consideration to balanced ports, back pressure or air flow. The port entries were actually smaller than the OEM manifolds.
The ebay picture showed headers which appeared to be a reasonable design but they were not the ones I received. I later found out the picture was of the 55 headers.
