running out of mods on cl65, advice?

running out of mods on cl65, advice?

any suggestions for a brand of methanol kit for my cl65? car is maxed out and thinking im almost out of options for mods.
mods considering:
cat delete(but already have 200 cell cats)
methanol injection
custom fabbed ram air(have scorpion intake, just not thrilled of 2 cones on a hot engine being efficient)
supplemenatal front mount heat exchanger

car runs 10.9@126.5
speedriven ecu/tcu-100oct
intercoolers
intake
exhaust
trunk res

looking for a consistant trap of at least 127 mph

Your worst nightmare...
Any thoughts on upgrading the turbos? That will make you trap above 130 easy... Speedriven is currently testing their turbo package. Results are coming.

Meth: http://www.alkycontrol.com/ , Julio is a very cool guy...I know he is selling alot of kits now for the new V S/C'd Caddy's. Methanol injection works very well and his kit is progressive...But E85 is the best for boost, 110 octane at the cost of regular unleaded. Been down both roads albeit w/ a Buick but boost is boost...no knock ever w/ E85 and cool cylinder temps, big IC doesn't matter w/ E85...helps w/ methanol. If your just looking for that small of a trap speed increase, Meth should easily get you the extra boost..FWIW, a stock GN can achieve around 12 more lbs of boost w/ Meth alone.

Agree that meth injection is a huge difference. It will get you more torque than race fuel (I base this on other turbo cars, otherwise identical, where the guy with meth got way more torque than the guy with race gas, even though similar hp). You should probably look at a strengthened tranny at that point, possibly strengthened half shafts. A LSD will help your times, not so much your speed. I'm pretty sure the CL65 doesn't have one from the factory. I think meth will help more than turbos. It's not that it can't make enough boost, it's that there's too much heat which means pre-detonation and high IAT. Meth will help with both of those.

I cant wait for the stage 7
"remove glass,seats,stereo, carpeting,headliner,glovebox,spare,trunklining,nav \dvd,mat,rear brakes,exhaust,washerfluid" kit.

I heard the stage 8 kit consists of removing the driver and throwing a cinderblock on the gas pedal while dropping it in drive remotely...

No, you're thinking about the other tuner. You forgot nitrous oxide, Maybach rear end gear, Black Series turbos and half the interior left at home. Speedriven doesn't believe in that type of deceptive business practice and therefore sees to it that their customers can acquire their advertised performance, while retaining full CL65 luxury. And all of this performance for a little more than what a tune and airbox (to run mid 11's, no other car of theirs even came close enough to smell a 10 sec pass) would cost down in the sunshine state.
