cl55 best mods?
I am new and have a 2003 cl55 pretty much stock with cats removed.
Looking at doing some mods soon.
Whats the best options? Without spending a fortune.
I have a mate that can tune the car. So thinking a boost pulley? Anyone know where to buy and how much? Water meth and possibly bore out the stock throttle body a little as I have heard the stock item is a bit restrictive.
Any idea's or suggestions would be great thanks

got a mate who owns a shop that should be able to hook me up with a tune, so i guess supercharger pulley would be the best option. With the pulley do you need to change the belt?

CL55-AMG
Q1. When do the injectors start to max?
A1. The wet system has its own Fuel/Nitrous injectors and are totally independent to those of the fuel injection system. Dry systems are possible but require far more management.
Q2. I assume the bottom end should take a beating?
A2. Big misconception, If you have a progressive system (highly recommended) then the surge of additional power is gentle on all components especially the transmission.
I have been running Nitrous on a BMW840 for 2 year, however I am about to buy a CL55 AMG 500BHP due to the extortionate cost of N2O in the UK and an 11lbs bottle was only lasting 1 minute or 4-5 runs down the strip. Small shots on supercharged or turbo'd engines give impressive gains.
If you wish to go down this route talk to these guys http://www.noswizard.com/
Perhaps you or someone can answer my question. Does the CL55 AMG use forged pistons. This is also VERY important for Nitrous due to the increased cylinder pressures. If you get greedy (like me) one of the first things to give out are the ring lands on cast pistons.
