CL55 Front rotors alternatives to OEM...

Any suggestions to alternatives of the expensive OEM front rotors? For a 2003 CL55. Also need some pads!

06 CLS55 w/ P030, 05 Jag S Type R, 05 TBird-68 Dodge Charger R/T-440 w/4speed I'm original owner
I got my cls 55 composite 15.2 in dia rotors (P030 perf pak) from:

http://www.rmeuropean.com/

Saved about 30% for genuine MB Rotors. Get Akeenobno Euro Pads--zero dust.

Great company to do business with. You can negotiate a few dollars with them.

Make sure you read the technical stuff before you begin. Some concerns:
1. Caliper bolts are single use bolts-need to get new ones (200 ft lbs of torque kind of tiresome to get off-may need to torque them on a lift for the leverage-I took mine to dealer and had him do it along with a brake flush and reset the computer; less than $150.)
2. AMG-Brembo Hi Performance brake fluid-flush entire system
3. MB Hi Temp Grease for the Pad backer plate.
4. MB HI Temp Wheel Bearing Grease-Repact the front wheel bearing (if more than 75k miles may wish to install new ones)

2005 cl55 eurocharged flash
I'm in need of both front and tear rotors for my CL also. Let's try and see if we can do a group buy to get better pricing. I can check around.

Why go to expensive Rotors..??, if you have "8-pot front & 4-pot rear", just stick with a cheap ones which is;-

front: "230 421 07 12"

rear: "230 423 16 12"

Have you tried contacting Evosport?
They sell 2 piece lightweight rotors.
