2003 CL55

A meaner 55!!!

Just got my resinators cut out of my 03 CL55 and man does it sound mean. It's not too loud just more healthyer, I also have K&N airfilters. The next step is the pulley kit but nobody will sell just the pulley. they all want to sell thier software @ $3000 with it. Upsolute can do it for $500. If anybody is going to do it please let me know I would really like to copy the pulley.

hows does the sound compare with an SL55? louder? I hope that metallic V8 growl is not lost ?

I am novice when it comes to the exhaust... What do you mean by cutting the resonator.

What's involved?

Did you get some one to do it?

Has anyone installed these pulleys yet? Any reviews?

About the resonators, how much did that cost? I'd want to hear it before doing something like that. A sound clip would be awesome

I don't have an audio clip yet but will try to post one soon. It just sounds like the natural sound enhanced. The cost was about $100 and my exhaust guy can put them back in any time. Gonna look into those companies for the pully. I just can't justify giving Renntech $3000 for computer tunning when Upsolute can do it for $500. They will not sell seperatly.
