CL65 colors?

CL65 colors?
Just how hard is it to find a W215 CL65 in a color? Bordeaux, black opal, capri/horizon blue are all contenders. Black is miserable to live with on a daily basis (not to mention black isn't very flattering on the 215 IMO) and silver is too boring. I'd consider white over tan.

Mine is Tanzanite Blue with Alpaca Grey Interior. Took me eighteen months to fine one that wasn't Black or Silver.

Do you have any pictures of yours? Driving me crazy trying to find one. I'm going to the Silver State Classic this September in Nevada and I'd really like to take a CL65. If I can't find one, I'd settle (I guess) for a 996 turbo. Really need the Mercedes though as most other cars kill my back for long road trips like that.

Seems like the majority made were black, grey or silver. Only a handful of other colors and when you find one, expect to pay extra if the seller knows how rare it is. I would love to know exactly how many were produced of each color.

It's a crying shame. Black is so depressing and icky. I suppose I could live with a grey one? Silver isn't even a choice, as I think silver with the gunmetal wheels looks awful--makes the car look perpetually dirty.
Honestly, at this point, I should just concentrate on finding one with all the right options (distronic, keyless, etc, etc, etc) and have it painted. That sounds a lot easier than my current...erm...strategy. The only CL I've seen in a color is some bright red one--not exactly my first choice. Just too big a car for that much red. Last time I saw this one was in the last year or two. I haven't seen another one in anything but grey-scale since then.

Black is a pain to keep clean but I completely disagree with you on the look of a black CL. To me, there is no better color on a CL AMG than black. White, silver, and other shades of black also look good on the CL. Off colors on the CL, to me, are not appealing at all.

Your taste in colors for the 215 cL sucks!!
Light powder blue, dark red, black opal??? The gray ones are some of the nicest out there. And to say silver and black are depressing, awful and icky is just strange
I am surprised they didn't make more white ones as those are the *****.Btw, you own a s600 that's looks perpetually dirty
