2005 CL auxiliary cable
I went to a lot of extra trouble to remove all the old Startac cradle and wiring, then mounted the units controller in my console lid with the wiring running where I removed the origonal Startac wiring. It was a great idea, but once the long USB extension was added between the components the signal was too weak and I can not actually plug my phone into the control unit and have it work. Now I added a 10' Lightning to USB cable directly to the Gateway unit which works, but that cable is still too short to reach my center console.
So like I said, I usually just play music from my Iphone through the units USB connection. Sound quality is as good as any USB connection, but the phone position in the car can affect the connection so I just set my phone in the cup holder most of the time where it works well.

You cut the power wires to the factory cd changer and wire it to the adapter.
The item name is "Mr12volt Bluetooth Kits Handsfree Adapter Fits MB Audio20 APS50 Comand NTG1&NTG2"
It also has handsfree calling, but I don't care about that , so I never plugged in the included mic.
