Don't like it!
Looks like the new RX-7 with those big fenders. Means ugly in my book.
Ruins the classy lines it has now. The current CL class, IMO, is the most beautiful car out there. Nearly perfect in every way.
Change is not always so good. The new CL just doesn't have it.
Hope it doesn't take the same path that BMW did with the 7 series. BMW ruined a very nice looking car.

2003 CL55
Has some of the design cues form the CLS, so may be closer to what MB plans for the next CL than just a photo shop rendition. It is not nearly as smooth as is should be. IMHO, MB needs to design the next CL to blow the Bentley Con. GT away, whch means something smooth and powerful, not Masda inspired fender bulges and chopped up waistline.

The only thing I really dont like about the current CL is the rear seat room, but who sits in the back of a coupe. That is definently a photo chop and looks way too cheesey to be a real MB

What do you think of the engines?
6.3 500hp but 434lbs of torque. I love the 516lbs of torque of my E55. Just love it. Losing about 100 lbs of torque for a few more hp. If I had the CL55, what would you gain, 7 hp and lose almost 100 lbs of torque.
Do you think the 6.3 engine is better than the 5.5 supercharged.
I wish they would make the E65 AMG.

LAUGH!!! LAUGH!!! LAUGH!!! NO way thats the new CL. Way to ugly and you can totally tell its photoshop. Mercedes will never go the route bmw did with the new designs Mercedes is to smart for that! Agian i LAUGH! at that picture. Not a very good job with photoshop.
