I picked up my CLA 45 the first week of December.

White with black interior
Premium Package
Multi Media Package
Performance Exhaust
AMG Performance steering wheel.

I wanted to keep the car as cheap as possible because I will be doing some modifications to the car. I did not like the look of sunroof cause it makes the roof mostly black WTF!? this is a AMG race car! Hard top is where it's at! I also kept the stock seats. The recaros do look beautiful but I would rather put the money into performance upgrades. BTW the stock seats are freaking awesome! They look and feel amazing! I am so happy that I did not spend the money on the performance seats!

I don't know why some people wrote off this car because I am very impressed. The car is LOUD! Do not listen to the sound clips online because they do not do any justice! Under load the car sounds incredible. The cracks of the upshifts and downshifts are addicting. The Performance steering wheel is a must have. It feels great and is stitched in red. The interior design is one of the best I have ever seen. THE RED SEAT BELTS ROCK. IMO the interior looks better than all of the other AMG models. The gauge cluster is also very nice. The car handles like a dream in sport mode. I have no issues with the transmission, it shifts very quickly and smooth IMO. When the car is in manual mode the paddle shifters makes it feel like a video game.

I was only able to drive the car for a few days because it is now snowing here and no way am I going to drive this car with the salt on the road I LOVE IT WAYYY TOO MUCH!

You cannot compare this car to an EVO or a STI, it is in a class of its own. All of my friends love the car and it is a big attention getter.

This car was a early 30th birthday present to myself. I have been working my tail off for a while now and I wanted to reward myself with something nice. I can't wait till some performance upgrades come out for this car! It is going to be FUN!!!

 

nice congrats! I too turned 30 this year and also refuse to drive mine in the snow and salt this year! I did drive a demo with 'performance snow tires' and was impressed tho with how this thing tackles the snow...BEAST!!

 

Nice bro!, For real this thing is way too nice to drive in the winter months. I am keeping this car "show car clean".

 

I appreciate your enthusiasm for the new car. And I do agree that the CLA45 interior is pretty sharp.

However, I disagree with the statement of yours that I quoted.

 

That is pretty sick but IMO it is way too fancy for me. Most of these cars are getting so fancy that it takes away from the race car look. I feel like the CLA does a good job at combining both. I will get some better pics of my interior today.

 

+1.....Carbon fiber interior of CLA45 is gorgeous!

 

The carbon fiber does look sick! I really like the aluminum too. I have a friend that is amazing with carbon fiber. Hopefully I can have him build some one off parts for the car

Couple more pice. Steering wheel is so dope! It's a must on this car. Here is a pic of the stock seats. Not as nice as the recaros but still awesome. Ill put the money saved into a Meisterschaft exhaust

Congrats on the CLA! I've seen a few of the AMG's around ATL, and I must say, Mercedes did a fantastic job on this car. Looks like a mini CLS, and that's not a bad thing at all!

 

Why didn't you just get the "Night Styling Package"?

 

When I ordered my car the Nigh Styling Package said unavailable until January 2014. I am very close with a couple guys that do crazy paint, carbon fiber and engine work. Honestly they can do all that stuff for half the price I would have paid at the dealer.

I saw, that thing is sick! I can't believe how many people wrote this car off....many people said it was too expensive but it really is a good buy for everything that you get.

 

I want one so bad.

31mpg, AWD, awesome handling, 0-60 4.4 sec, sweet interior, looks great what's not to like about this car

Considering what peolpe are paying for a hot rodded Lancer or Subie I think it's a pretty decent deal.

Beautiful! Just the way I had ordered mine. Put on the trunk lid spoiler & that will complete the rear!

 

I am getting all my mods including the windows tinted for around that price. But HERE is the catch. Since I was a first time buyer Mercedes gave me 1000 dollars towards tickets to a game or something like that. I asked my salesman if I could use that thousand to pay for my mods and he said that was fine. So really I am getting all those mods done for free. BOOM!
