Revozport = No good

Revozport = No good
More than a couple months back I ordered a Revozport trunk lip spoiler that was suppose to take 3-4 weeks max to complete. Around the 4 week period I added carbon fiber mirrors to my order which were suppose to take 2-3 weeks to make. After waiting 2 months I contacted Revozport about my order and they said the mirrors were almost done and the lip spoiler was still in production.
A NOTE TO VENDORS - I think it is EFFFED up for you to charge customers full price for products that are not even PRODUCED yet! I can understand taking a down payment for materials but if you are going to charge a customer full price and take there money right away that part should be already made and all you need to do is box it and ship. Have you ever heard the term "YOU HAVE TO SPEND MONEY TO MAKE MONEY"???? I guess this is not the case in the auto industry.
So back to my rant. I told Revozport to please cancel my order and refund me my money over a week ago. They contacted me back and said it is a "public holiday" and they will speak to me tomorrow. They emailed me saying the mirrors are in stock and can ship right away and the spoiler will ship in around 6 days. And if I were to cancel one can I just cancel the spoiler...which is the one I really wanted in the first place. I again said I am sorry I would like a refund. Days go by....I email them again....Why is this taking so long....they said they need to get it approved from management....days go by I again ask why this is taking so long....replied back....this needs to be approved by "Eric".....STILL WAITING FOR MY DAMN REFUND.
Although Revozport products look nice I would advise customers to be careful when buying from them. I am not one to talk sh*t about anyone.... but I just cant stomach the fact that these companies take your money and months go by with nothing. This also happened with another company I ordered CLA45 parts from, I will not name them because they refunded me right away.
A note to vendors.....if you want my business....have the part made and ready to ship before you take my $$$$$$$$

If you have used a credit card I believe they are violating federal law if the vendor does not deliver within 30 days from payment if you do not approve the shipment delays.

I wouldn't pay for anything that wasn't ready to ship especially from the manufacturer. They obviously don't have any money if they can't take a pre order without charging you and that's when you need use some judgement and wait for them to make them or turn away from them.

That's not a good experience obviously. Maybe things have slipped at Revozport as I have ordered multiple items over the years and delivery has been pretty good, and always happy with the quality too. Hope it works out for you

Update:
Received an email from Revozport this morning. " If you would like a refund there will be a 15 percent restocking fee, but your parts are done and we can ship them tomorrow" So there is no way I am going to give these *******s 300 dollars for nothing. I am just going to take my parts. Funny thing is when I canceled my parts none of them were made so there shouldn't have been a restocking fee. SHADY! To top that off I was expecting my exhaust to arrive today, then I received an email from my distributor saying that the exhaust is on back order and it will be a few weeks.
So I have decided that I am not going to purchase anymore parts for my car until 2015. I understand the car is new but these companies should not be advertising parts for sale when they are simply not manufacturing enough.

Wow that sucks. There should be no restocking fee . . . the products were never shipped. Have your attorney send them a letter and they'll straighten up.
Mode Carbon is so much better. I'd wait for them to make CLA45 parts.
