Should I even waste my time visiting a dealer regarding a CLA250 right now? I got 4 months left on my car and need to make a decision up about what to do.
Looks like I could get a Cadillac ATS Performance (321hp) + options at 48K for $450.month 0 down...

Just got back from Hendrick Motors in Charlotte, NC and so let me describe how everything went down.
The receptionist called me during lunch and confirmed my appt and I said yes I will be coming in but am not interested in the 4Matic CLA250 but just the regular one and verified if she had some or at least in stock that we could discuss. She assured me and so I proceeded to visit the dealership.
They had no place to park! The parking lot was flooded with CPOs and New Benzes as if they havent sold anything this month LOL. Anyways, so I sit down with this kid and I explain to him I have 3 payments left on my Infiniti lease and he immediately tells me they won't do anything with it and there's barely a discount. So I'm already turned off but figure I won't show my frustration because there's only ONE CLA250 4M in stock!!! WTF happened to the others!??!!?
He comes back with 2K down, 10K/year/36 months and taking care of my payments:
MSRP: 43985
Selling Price: 43,885
Payments including tx: $631.50
Out of pocket: 2K total
Now, like I said, I don't care for the 4Matic so I'm already there under false pretenses but I told him no go and he said he could build one for me that will be here by end of July. So Im going back Monday to see what that will work out to but it looks like it will be around 500-550/month though because MSRP is 40K on my build.
BAILING OUT ON THIS FOR NOW. GL to the rest of you

after almost half year and this still happening. wow. same thing happened to me but i went to dealer in 1st week after CLA was introduced.
You may want to go some other dealers and check out their inventory. I know in my area (East bay, Cali) they have tons of CLA in stock and going for much better price.

I've altered the signature to not offend anyone but I sincerely thought it was such a powerful quote and the power behind it is something to be astounded by, the sheer confidence in a such a maddening but significant way.
Regardless, this isn't about my signature but I've spoken with multiple MB dealers who don't understand the financials behind the CLA and how it could lease equal to a car that is miles ahead of it...

Has anyone lease a cla 250 recently? Would know what deals everyone else got.
mountain grey
front wheel drive
p1
prewired for navigation
blackwood trim
driver assistence
msrp -$36,870
Of course the dealer quote me
432.00 per month with $2,650 due at signing which is the first months payment, acquisition fee and sales tax.
Which is way over.
What did everyone else have for residual value, money factor, incentives, vechile price, acquisition fee?

Just Leased a CLA250 in the East Bay
CLA250 supply is pretty tight and dealers seem to be holding a stance on price.
Just leased a new CLA250 with MSRP of $34,725
* Dealer contributed $1000 discount
* Drive-off was $2000
* 36 month term at 12K mi per year
* Residual value 65%
* Money factor with Tier 1 credit .00135
Pmt is $422 per month including tax.
Other than the 3 on the lot, mine is coming from port of Long Beach and still on the ship and expected to arrive in about 10-14 days out until delivery.
I can still negotiate the terms, but this seemed pretty good for the SF Bay Area.

I just leased my CLA yesterday.
MSRP was $34,450 and it has all of the upgrades I wanted. It actually had more than I wanted, so I was interested.
The problem I had going in was I was upside down on my trade-in and I wanted to get rid of it. It was having throttle body issues and it wasn't worth the money to fix. Mercedes offered me $3k less than I owed, which was added to the total price of the lease.
At the end of the day, I put down $4,600 and the monthly came out to $500.
After searching for a year for this car, I finally found one that had all the upgrades I wanted and the price didn't seem too bad of a deal. Even though, now that I read this thread I'm not sure.
I do love the car though, it drives extremely well.

Hi guys (and girls).
My first post - I just got back from the dealer where I leased a CLA!
It's a 2014 CLA250 4-matic in Jupiter red, black interior, multimedia package, premium package, HID/Xenon, black ash trim and the 18" black AMG rims. I actually wanted white but saw this thing and thought "yes... yes, I can handle red"
MSRP was $39,170, I got the car for $35,500 and I am paying $1,900 out of pocket. 0.00145 money factor and 66% residual on a 36mo/10k mile lease.
How is that deal? I also got a very fair price on my trade, right in line with KBB trade-in value.
Car should be ready by noon tomorrow. I'm psyched to get it. The car is beautiful and I love the taillights (I know, sounds silly, but I do!).

My cousin just took a lease 2 weeks ago for BMW 428i. MSRP $48.5k.
ZERO money down. $550/month. 36 months. 12k miles/year. his credit score is about 680.
Now for a car 34.4k msrp with 500/month, $4,600 down, that's just RIDICULOUS. you are over pay for the entry level car, when you could use that money for another much more expensive vehicle.
let me do the math. assume you have a regular lease term (36months, 12k miles/year)
$500 x 36 months = $18,000
$18,000 + $4,600 down = $22,600.
I hope either you have a lease term for 20k miles/year. or your buy out option after 3 years is $12k.
both my cousin and I were interested in CLA, however the ridiculous price just pushed us away. I end up getting a 328i for city commute, my cousin got the 428i. love Benz brand, just can't justify $$$ for something isn't worth it.
