I am unable to update the Map through Mercedes download manager. I am getting the error as Access Denied although i am running as a administrator in my laptop. I tried multiple USB's , for 1 USB i am getting an error as storage not found. and rest i am getting the below error. Please advice

I just downloaded mine the other day and worked fine. Used windows 10 and 64gb stick.
Make sure the drive stick is readable and formatted NTFS.

Yes,i formatted in NTFS and it is readable. I am trying on Windows 11, let me see if it runs on compatibility mode.

I could not read that error message. What is the capacity of your drive? Are you trying to update your region or download all regions?
MB is behind when it comes to these things. Try compatible mode or windows 10.
MBUX and apps are running Linux, but downloading updates is not supported.

I tried compatible mode it didnt work. I was trying to update Nordics Map which is only 2.5 GB and my drive capacity is 16GB.
I’m on Windows 10. My PC is a little to old to upgrade to 11. I am guessing that there is a compatible mode like in 10. You might try that. Also you might try to run it as administrator too. Good luck
