It's time for me to part with my beloved CLK43K. I'm not in a huge rush to unload this car, so if you're going to low-ball me, don't waste your time- I will not consider low-ball offers. Here's the car:

2000 CLK430- Brilliant Silver over black leather interior.

Options:

Bose Radio with 6 CD changer
Heated seats
Xenon lights
rear sunshade
headlight washers

Mileage: approx. 84,000

KLEEMANN Options:

V8 Kompressor system
Stainless steel headers with downpipes
ECU upgrade
LSD upgrade
Illuminated entrance panels
Steering wheel
KLEEMANN Lowering Springs
KLEEMANN Speed Sensitive Shocks
KLEEMANN 19" TM-5 wheels (8.5 front and 9.5 rear) with fairly new Toyo Proxes T1-R tires

A few other things I have added:

CLK55 front sway bar
C55 front brakes
C55 rear brakes
Magnaflow rear muffler
All-Season floor mats (the black rubber ones)

Exterior:

This car has lived in Colorado almost it's entire life, so it's by no means perfect. The front bumper, leading edge of the hood and leading edge of the front fenders has the typical "colorado road rash", meaning there are a lot of small knicks. The car has several small scratches on it- nothing major that detracts from the apperance of the car. There is also a small dent on the passenger side near the fuel door. The passenger side rocker panel also has a small crack in it. From 10 feet away, this car looks awesome, but like I said, it's not perfect. The clear coat on the wheels is starting to peel off, and they wheels do have some curb rash from people not being careful on test drives. The paint is still in very good condition- I've waxed the car every 6 months and wash it every week. I can take pictures of anything you want- just ask.

Interior:

The interior of this car is perfect. All of the leather is perfect- no signs of wear on any of the seats, the carpet is perfect, and there are no tears, rips, stains, etc., on any surface in the interior. The temperature display and clock are loosing pixels, but other than that, everything works perfectly. This interior does not look like it has 84,000 miles worth of seat time.

Car History:

I am the third owner. The first owner leased this car in Texas and returned it with just under 4000 miles on the Odomoter. The car was then purcahsed by KLEEMANN USA for use as a demo car. The car has been tested by Car and Driver magazine and European Car magazine. It was used for shows, press events, and as an overall demonstration car for the company. Most of the miles are highway miles, as it was used to travel to different locations around the country for shows, demo's, etc. I bought the car just under a year ago. I've done a few repairs to it- New rear differential, new steering damper, front and rear brakes, new throttle actuator, new windshield. It has been on a road course only once in it's life. It's been to the drag strip maybe 15 times. I have personally done ALL the maitnence to this car- oil changes every 5000 miles with Mobil 1 0W40, transmission serviced every 60,000 miles with new fluid and filter. Differential fluid changed every 10,000 miles, coolant flushed and filled every 2 years, brake fluid flushed and filled every 10,000 miles. Wheel bearings serviced (re-packed and set) every 60,000 miles. New belts and plugs every 30,000 miles. The kompressor system has been updated to the new drive unit with the electric pump. While the kompressor was off the car, all bearings and seals were also replaced. The car passed Colorado emissions inspection with zero problems. This has been a highly reliable car, and has never once left me stranded on the side of the road. Mechanically, this car is in excellent condition. I would feel comfortable driving this car anywhere in the country. I've always warmed the car up before driving it, and have been religous about it's maitnence. The car makes 450 HP and 430 TQ on the dyno (crank numbers). It makes about 390 HP and 380 TQ at the rear wheels on a dynojet. I can provide the crank Dyno upon request.

SO, why am I selling? To tell you the truth, I'm not sure I really want to sell this car. I love this car and the raw acceleration it provides. I constantly have people pulling me over to ask what it is, and always get compliments about what an awesome car it is. I'm selling because I want something different. If I could afford to keep it, there's no way I would sell it, but it's time for something different. I've been driving this car for about 3 years now, and I'm ready to move on. This car is owned by ME, not KLEEMANN USA. Please contact me directly if you have any questions, concerns, want pictures, need more specific information, etc. I can be reached at: cory@kleemannusa.com. I'm asking $30K for the car, but will entertain any REASONABLE OFFER. If you're going to offer me $15K, don't- I won't respond to you. If the price is right, I will consider fixing all the blemishes to the car- new bumper, fixing the small scratches, painting the hood, replacing the instrument cluster, etc. PLEASE, only contact me if you are truly inteterested. email is the best means of contact, as often, I don't have time to check back on this post. I will do the best I can to answer any and all serious questions. I will not consider trades- need a cash sale.

My best 1/4 mile at 6200 ft. above sea level was 13.8@102. with a 2.1 60ft. time. Not bad for this elevation. By comparison, a W211 E55 K3 with LSD was posting about a 12.1@116 on the same night. It's a super fun car that will smoke C5 ZO6's all day long.

another exterior pic and a shot of the engine. The engine pic is old- I've since updated to the new nose drive unit and electric water pump- can't find the new pictures.

I've driven this car before and it is fast! I saw it as recently as three weeks ago and you can tell that it's well taken care of. It always looks great and Cory really knows what he's doing as a mechanic. This car will make someone very happy.

No offense but dont you think a 13.8 is kinda slow for your power output. A stock W208 CLK55 ran 13.2 at the track on friday. Did you mean to say 12.8?

The track he runs at is in Denver and is 6000ft above sea level. Denver is the home of 14 second Z06's. I have a car that I've run at Bandimere (Denver) and in Philly. The time difference was a full second. This car is good for high 12's at sea level which is quicker than a stock CLK55.
