Damn, good deal on authentic Brabus wheels Ben. The rashes can probably be fixed pretty cheap, so someone is getting a steal here.

LorinserCClass you say i will need spacers,

while:

BrabusC says i do not.

BrabusC are you saying this because the tires are to big or b/c of the wheel offset and caliper?

just to be certain does anyone know if there is anyway i can call Brabus with the model# or whatever and they tell me if it will clear the brakes on my C32? thanks - Adam

(E class W210 body) Brabus rims 18inch by 8/5 offset front 30.........18inch by 9/5 offset rear 25

(C class W203 body) Brabus rims 18inch by 8/5 offset front 35.........18inch by 9/5 offset rear 30

which mean they clears the C32 brakes and calipers........and it will fit.. ...but it might rub the body.........which mean you might have to roll the fender.....

please clarify this for me as it will be the difference in purchasing or not.

GIVEN I HAVE A C32... does this mean that if:
MYPANTSARETORNs wheels were made for the W210 then i would need spacers, and if it was made for a W203 i wouldnt require them? can you get me the offset sizes from the back possibly?
or
SL BRABUS are you saying that both will clear C32 front calipers regardless of offsets?

i just want to be sure as i do not want to have spacers on my vehicle and dont want to go through the hassle of shipping, etc.. and have to return.

Thanks for all your help guys!

To help him out with the info.. Adam.. you and I basically have the same chassis/wheel outlook.. whatever.. I have the brabus MB VI on my car w/ the AMG brakes. Now this may be specific to my C230 (2003) but the brabus wheels fit WITHOUT the use of a spacer on the AMG brakes but are HIGHLY suggested (it comes within a hairline to the caliper). I never tried it without though, so I recommend if you were to purchase these, also get yourself some authentic Brabus 5mm's for the front.

Sorry for the run-on.. just had to be said . This is also assuming that the offset for the wheels were originally for a C-class... but again.. get yourself some 5mms for insurance.

flip

Good luck

MIG888 why would you use spacers if it doesnt require them? doesnt it effect front steering, performance, etc... IF NOT WHEREs THE BEST PLACE I CAN PURCHASE SPACERS?

MYPANTSARETORN im assuming its one of the front wheels from the # considering it says "612 858 35" and SL BRABUS said that "35" would be a C-class build. i could be wrong but i'll double check to make sure.

Ben, we finally may have something going here!

I want spacers for that extra drop ... sorry didn't mention it before. I'm running on KW V2s... which require just a bit more space for that last 1/2 inch.

flip

Adam, you should have spacers because you would be better safe than sorry. Even if they clear without them.. Brabus includes them for a reason. It just makes sense to use them. And if you need Brabus spacers, gimme a PM.
