18" HRE 540R set of 4 for sale
Well, I'm sad to say I sold my 2003 CLK55 AMG. I will definitely miss the car but want to spend money elsewhere.
I am selling my 18" HRE 540Rs. They have 225/40/18 Pole Position S-03s on the front and 255/35/18 on the rears. The fronts have very good tread left, the rears are more worn but still have some life left.

misc. - size and location
I am embarrassed to say I don't remember the widths from when I got them. However, I just measured them and the rears are 10" wide from outside edge to inside edge and the fronts are 9".
They were on my car which I just sold/traded in and they been mounted/balanced in March without any issues and there were no signs of any issues when driving. The dealer had looked over my CLK originally WITH the HRE's instead of the winter OEMs but as part of the last minute deal I made them take the OEMs instead.
Columbus is in the middle of Ohio, Perrysburg is a suburb of Toledo which is about 2 hours north on Lake Erie.
As far a price goes, I am not real sure. I found a set of 540's (not Rs) without tires that went for $2610 on ebay but were 19" not 18".

I have gotten a lot of questions of offset so here is my best info:
I am not a wheel expert but the measured backspace on the front wheels is 5.5" and on the back wheels it is 6". The front wheels are measured 9" wide and the rears are 10". Based on charts on the web, this shows an offset of +12 for both front and rear.

I was an early bidder on your auction and was outbid early on. Since your auction ended, I've received 4 different e-mails from the "seller" from 3 different e-mail addresses all stating that you (the seller) is willing to sell me the wheels at my highest bid.
I replied to all without letting each of them know about the other e-mail. I wanna see how much personal info I can get on these crooks and try to get them busted. God, I hate thiefs and will do anything to get them busted
