Sure, then add all the associated taxes, fees, and charges and you spend WAY more than low 70s. Not sure where you are located, but there is no sales tax ($5000+) on private party cars here in Nevada. That amounts to thousands in savings.

everyone says that u can get brand new left-over '05 for 15k+ off list, thats low 70's. but u can't really find one, at least not on east coast.
that being said, 72k is steep. about 5K more than market.
and for buyer to register the car in their home state(if not neveda or oregan), they will need to pay sales tax anyway.
