WTT/WTS: 2003 M3 6sp Black/Black 22,000 miles

Will trade my car plus cash for a 2005 up E55 or E63 either Charcoal or Black with the Graphite interior.

This car is my baby and has been well taken care of and barely driven. Car has every BMW option except Navigation and Park Distance. The car also comes with all the stock componets including the Stock 19's(85% Tread left), Trunk, Diffuser, and all the original exhauset componets. What I don't have is the stock suspension and the stock strut tower brace. This car sounds awesome and turns heads where ever I go.

Cosmetic Mods:

High Intensity Fog Lights
Wheel Power Angel Eye Kit
Black Corner Reflectors
Smoked Tail Lights
Black Grill
Black Side Grill
19x9F 19x10R Iforged Swifts With Toyo Proxies (75% Tread Left)
Vorsteiner CSL CF Trunk
Vorsteiner CSL Diffuser
CF Engine Cover
AC Schnitzer Brake Pedals & Handbrake
Tinted Windows 35% all around
M3 Trunk Mat
Sirius Satelite Radio Ready
Dice Link for IPOD

Performance Mods:

Bilstien PSSP Coilover Suspension
Dinan Strut Tower Brace
UUC Sway Barbarian Sway Bars
UUC EVO lll SSK
Euro Headers
Hamann Midpipe
Eisenman Stainless Steel Sectoin ll
Dinan Exhaust
BHS Pre-Lengthened O2 Sensors

I know I have a couple of items that I could pull of the car easily and get good money for (Rims, Vorstiener Trunk & Diffusor, Exhaust). However I would like to sell the car as whole because I spent good money on tastefully modding my car and just think it would be a shame to start pulling this **** off. I guess I am looking for a specific buyer that likes what I have done. The car has a CEL for exhaust flow due to the headers and high flow Hamann midpipe. I was going to install an aftermarket plenium with software to get rid of the CEL but now I am selling so I have held off. I thought about buying the Conforti Shark Injector for the meantime as this would get rid of the CEL also but now I am selling so I figure I will leave this up to whoever buys it.

Book Value is around 40k so I am asking $47,000.

Any questions feel free to call my cel at 781-367-3351 or my AOL IM is refiguy75.

Thanks!

Korey

I have close to 20k in mods into this thing and like I said i can pull 4 things off real easy and get close to $6,000. So as far as asking to much I don't think so. Also it does say asking which also means negotiable if the price is right.

mods always drops the price. I think u should part out the mods and sell them seperately. By the way I love the CSL trunk.

Thanks but parting out is not an option. If I don't sell it as a whole or trade for an E55/E63 then I am just going to keep it. I am not desperate to sell and don't really need the money so it is just not worth the aggravation to part out.

I will definitely keep it if no one buys which is why I won't part it out. It is a great car and all and if it doesn't sell it is no biggie....

Thanks!!

You're never going to get that kind of money for an 03 bud, people are selling 06's for that now. Keep the car and enjoy your mods

You still don't understand that mods lower the value of your car???
Try rolling up to a dealership and trading it in. They will laugh at you and offer you less than bluebook. Or maybe even reject you.

You are 100% correct.

If you want even a FRACTION of your money back from the mods, take them off the car and sell them separately.

It's a SICK SICK M3, but $47,000 for an '03? Not gonna happen.

If its been that extensively modded then by all logic you've probably beaten the **** out of the thing. 47k is ludicrous for that car and you'd better unload the thing before the E92 M3 comes out and smacks it down some more. The M3 is not a rare car, and many low-mileage examples can be found for significantly less that haven't been molested in such a way.

Ok all you guys are moron's if you really think mods lower the price of a car. That is just ridiculous!! Secondly only an idiot would try to trade in a car like mine to the dealer so I really don't give a **** what the would offer me nor does that matter.

Now Cylinder Head if you honestly don't have anything intelligent to say don't because after this comment "If its been that extensively modded then by all logic you've probably beaten the **** out of the thing" I know you have no business posting in this thread. Where you get the logic for this I have no idea?

I know what the BV is on my car and I know I have 4 mods on this that I can easily remove and get 6k for. Also you people fail to read yet again I am asking 47k the price is negotiable if I am in the right mood. To be honest though I really don't care if I sell it or not. If someone is looking for a sick M3that is well taken care of and tastefully moded and interested maybe I will deal. I am just thowing my car out there and seeing what happens plain and simple....

you obviously know nothing about cars or the car business. take it from a former dealer, mods will rattle and lower the price of your car. if it increases your value so much, why don't you trade it into the dealer? (it's worth more isn't it?). even if you remove those mods from your car it would still not be worth $41k or even $31k. get your head out of your *** and get out of the forum if you can't take constructive criticism.

Vader sick car!

To get the asking price you are going to need to find the right buyer. The majority of buyers will fall into the "i'm not paying for mods" attitude. However, if the right buyer comes along and realises the value of a very nicely moded m3....$$$

Good Luck!

here we go again... ... This guy came to MB forum to sell his car. That's the price he wants for it. If you are not interested, you can just stay away instead of posting negative comments..

Good luck with your sale. YOu have a very nice car.

Thank You! MercedesFTW knows what he is talking about and I completely agree with him. I believe I did say in my original post that it would take the right buyer who appreciates the mods I have done. I believe he is also someone that can appreciate another car even though it is not an MB. I posted on this site because as much as I love my BMW i am also a MB fan as I am a sure that some MB fans also like BMW's. What I can't stand is people that are so blinded by their love of one car they make themselves sound stupid and ignorant because they cannot appreciate any other automobile. Hence this comment "Immature maybe you should have bought MB from start but you car is to over priced" from GEORGE500.
