Me. Just installed a set of mine on a W208 last weekend. They are made out of CNC machined T304 stainless steel tube, with self lubricating, teflon coated, oversized rod ends.
Very easy install. (about 35min)

Adjustable toe links and rear sway bar links are in development right now.

$325 shipped.

How does your kit differ from Kmacs kit and is this price for just the front or does it include the rear?

I don't have any experience with Kmac's kit so I don't know how they differ. These are more along the lines of Jeff, Speedybenz kit. Just different material. And IN STOCK ready for shipment. Rear only.

What brand heim joint are you using? Are they metric or standard with spacers to accomodate the factory 12mm bolt? What are you using for spacers? Do you have any pictures of the spacers and of the arms installed on a W208? - Thanks

They are QA1 standard 5/8" heim joints. The spacers are also CNC machined 304 SS. Here are pictures of all you asked for.

W208 Install 4/15/07

Stock bolts can be used but new bolts and lock washer are included with kit.

Not sure if I got smoke blown, but was told if I lower that it is the rear that goes out and can't be adjusted. That the front was ok or could have enough adjustment to correct it.

The materials and the manufacturing process of the two are quite different. I'll just say, the profit margin of mine vs. the other is the same -- which is nothing.

These camber arms are the very device that allow that adjustment.

Speedybenz uses off the shelf arms. Lensolo is using custom made arms. Is it going to make a huge difference = not at all. The only difference is looks. The afco arms are plenty strong for the W208 rear suspension. Much stronger than the factory arms. I can do some FEA just for fun, but wont be able to do so until I have the factory arms out of the car and in my hands. Lensolo does have a nice hex machined on the tube which allows for easy adjustment. Speedy's arms (afco) have a knurled surface. You can even use 6061 aluminum tubes for this application. I've built plenty of lower and upper control arms using 6061 and 7075. Heres a few pics of control arms for my Group 5 Eclipse Rally Car:

The Speedybenz arms are very easy to make. The only thing that has to be machined are the spacers. The arms are about $15 each and the Heims run around $20 each. 2 arms = $30 4 Heims = $80. I could machine spacers for about $20 a pair out of heat treated SS or 4130 = $40

Total for parts = $150

Tubes(exact same as Speedybenz):

Thanks, murdock. Not trying to rip anyone off. Just offering a quality component that gives one adjustability where it is needed.

At any rate. They're in stock ready for shipment!

I agree. Your arms are fully machined and made of SS. The craftsmanship is excellent and I bet the end profit is not going to make you want to quit your day job. I can make my own, but don't have time these days. I might buy some in the near future. What set-ups require camber kit for the rear? I just bought 19x8.5 fronts and 19x9.5 rears with 35ET all around. The car has H&R's with stock pads.

Any chance you could make a set for the R 170?

I have a SLK 320 that could use some of these arms. Check your PM's please.

As an alternative you can always buy the Speedybenz Camber Arms for $260 which includes shipping. These arms are also made and ready for shippment and I do make sets for the SLK models at the same price.

Posted here is the link. http://speedybnz.com/
