great condition! screen still has clear protection on it, if you choose to peel it off the screen is flawless. i have 2 home chargers and i might be able to find a car charger as well. i also have the authentic black leather sidekick 2 case as well as a black and silver nylon case with screen protection. first to PM me takes it...

can i just use it with a normal tmobile talking plan or do i need to get the sidekick data plan?

you dont need to get the sidekick plan unless you want to use the internet, itll work just fine as a phone with the regular talking plan.
