unfortunately the price is a bit high. can get a 03 E55 for mid 40's.
aftermarket parts get less than 50% of value when car is resold.
sell the wheels separte to get more money in pocket after all is said and done. can get a set of AMG e55 wheels for under g and sell those DPE for 2500.

tradein for 03 E500 is $21k. If you dont believe me you can get a tradein quote yourself.
you have done a lot to your car, but it'll be tough to find a buyer for $33k. you should consider taking everything off and sell parts separately.
goodluck dude, car looks sweet nonetheless
When I was looking to buy a car last month, and couldn't decide between an S class, 7 series, or A8, a saleperson at FJ introduced me to his friend, an auto broker. The guy took me to a warehouse in Mission Viejo, where there must be hundred of luxury & sport cars. He said they're all consignment & came from mortgage broker & real estate people in SoCal.
If I was you, I would sell the car as OEM as possible, and sell the upgrade parts separately, you get much more $$ that way. Dealer offered me almost nothing for my trade in, even with lot of upgrade. At the end, I put back all of the original part, and got all of the upgrade parts sold separately for more than I expected, and still got same price from dealer for car w/ all original parts put in.
Good luck w/ the sale.
