FS: w210 xenon headlight

Up for sale is the famous w210 xenon headlight made by "zam2000", who is an active member on this forum. This set of headlight will fit '96-'99 w210 E-class.

Below is a description of the headlight from Huy (zam) himself and I added some details:

The famous ZAM headlight: Depo headlight with Lexus LS430 projector fabricated inside. Ballast came from Lexus (brand new). Xenon bulbs are Philips 85122+. It also have the 3M film on top to prevent scratch & dull. The rubber rings is old, but can be clean up to make it look nice. No leak whatsoever. Definitely make your car stand out (especially at night, where it lid up the entire 6 lanes hightway. Notice that this headlight fit 96-99 only, and will not trigger any lamp message (no reprogram needed). This is the best Mercedes headlight in the world, it make the standard OEM xenon look like flash light. Having this set of headlights definitely made night driving more delightful when you light up the entire highway.

I have attached some pictures of the headlight but the night pictures are actually taken from Huy's thread (thanks Huy) since my camera doesn't take night (low-light) pictures well.

I welcome all reasonable offers.

Alan,
I really like the look of the headlights with the exception of the parking / running lights still being that yellow color, is that fixable somehow?

Thanks
Duke

Hi Duke,
If you're referring to the low beam light being yellow, i've seen people replacing the bulb to make it more "blue" if you get my drift. Hope that answers your question.

From what I understand, any E-class from '96 to '99 these headlights will be a "plug-and-play" application. You don't need to buy anything else unless you don't have any simple household tools (either socket ratchet or wrench will work)

They have been converted to xenon's.
You'll just need to plug in your wires, hence plug and play.

All you need to do is take out the entire headlight assembly from your car, then put this set of headlight assembly into your car and it will work.

You will need to increase your fuse for both low beams. I wouldn't go higher than 20amp - it all depends on the ballasts and how much they draw on start up.
