2002 M3 For Sale - $22,989~~~~!!!!! Local Buyers only. Long Island/Queens NY

I'm listing this for my boy, if you have any questions email him he's over at e46fanatics.com

Exterior: Titanium Silver
Interior: Black Leather
Premium Package
Cold Weather Package
Parking Sensors
Xenons (JLevi - Aftermarket. Originals were stolen)
Moon Roof
CSL Suede Steering Wheel
Pre-wired for Valentine One Radar Unit
Matte Black M3 Sidegrilles (including OEMs as well)
Black Projector Fog Lights
Smoked Corners

Stereo Upgrade:
Custom Dash Kit
Eclipse Double-Din Navigation/TV/DVD/Sirius/Ipod Headunit
Rockford Fosgate Speakers
Upgraded 6x9" Subwoofers
Alpine 5 Channel Amp

Car has around 35K, low miles

I am selling my M3, and at this price it wont last. Please email if you are seriously interested, including your name and number and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Family is in the car business, had this as my personal vehicle. I upgraded the stereo for better sound and also set up so theres no added weight. This car is prewired for the Original Navigation system, if buyer chooses to return car to stock.

The seats show some wear. This car has a new york title. Car drives great, handles better than my 2003.5 M3. I am available to show the car, located off of exit 35 on LIE or 27 on Northern state parkway.

Asking $22,989. Willing to negotiate with in reason. I am offering a great price on a car with low miles, great features, but giving a discount as its a rebuilt title. I can say, having access to manheim dealer auto auction, that an M3 like this, clean title would go for $28,000 STOCK. (updated price for 8 sales in the week ending November 24)

I know I will try snap some later, cars dirty right now. Just been sitting in the driveway - have to put in a new battery. I also would rather deal with someone local who is serious and would like to see the car in person. I'd rather have a fast sale but I am in no rush to sell so dont throw insulting offers.

Have OEM LEDs I may consider including along with Hamann Fog Ducts brand new paint, ACS Style Lip with shaved badge area, and a OEM Silver Diffuser with the ACS CF Diffuser)

Vehicles get these titles after they have been issued a salvage title due to whatever damage and have been repaired by either a shop or an individual and has been inspected by the DMV. There are tons of vehicles out there with this type of title.

Too many to list
To have a rebuilt title is quite easy. All it takes is to repair the car to look like it was before on the outside and have no warning lights on the inside.....that's it. DMV don't check for anything else or even take a test drive. They just inspect your car from the outside and check all your repair papers. Very easy process. So if there's body misalignment or any other internal problems, DMV won't know. Buying a car with a rebuilt title is a gamble. Also, reselling it will be a hassle. But I've seen some very good rebuilt cars. Good luck with the sale.

Man Im surprised you havent sold that car in Long Island or New Jersey yet. Guidos love the M3s even more than the G35. Thats like the pinnacle of Guidoness. Just take it to the mall or drive by a nightclub bumping some house/techno music and theyll be all over it. Personally, though I would drop the price to a flat $22k to make it more appealing. Good luck with your sale. I miss my E46 M3 it was one of the funnest cars to drive I ever had especially with SMG on the highest sport setting and traction control off. I use to drift the offramps on I75 and that car was so well balanced I never crashed once or maybe it was because it didnt make enough torque bottom end to break the tires loose but either way it was pimping. I gotta post the video on youtube again of me drifting the Sheridan Street offramp on I-75 and then those gay *** Bro.ward.. Sherifs. ofc.(mispelled on purpose because they have people who search for this type of stuff or maybe im just paranoid.heh.) decide to "chase" me even though they didn't have their emergecny lights on for 2 miles but I was doing the speed limit when i got off so how was i supposed to know. My brother freaked out cuz he was taping behind me in his car and just dipped out on me back on the highway. o well i would have done the same thing. anywho. back to the topic. drop your price and maybe youll sell faster because there is clean title M3 with not much more miles for olnly a few grand more.

your mom
What's up Amit, its Jesse. I ended up getting the Benz. I got a little scared of buying an E46 when I noticed they weren't selling on any of the boards. The 2 I was looking at are still for sale...most likely because the owners are on crack considering how much they want for them ($33k for a 2002 with 60k miles).

Good luck with the sale man

New York title? In the pics it has Jersey plates?
Also, what kind of damage was done to it? Just body damage, or major structural damage?

It has a jersey dealer plate on it right now but its a NY car. You can email my boy or give him a call about the rebuilt title i'm not too sure. The car is off the LIE in his garage if you are interested to see it. I dont think its anything major but you should check it out.
