1991 850 i/A E31 FOR SALE BY AN ENTHUSIAST
126k on the clock. I will consider any reasonable offer.
This car is a labor of love! I had it for about 6 years, I am a perfectionist at least when it comes to my cars so it's very well taking care of. Just to give you an idea, I have a 3 inch binder full of receipts for repairs, maintenance and invoices of parts orders. I also have previous owners records of maintenance and repairs.
I bought the car bone stock, and had to do couple of upgrades:
H&R springs (with working EDC suspension), 3.91LSD differential from a very rare Euro M5, Dinan transmission chip for higher and faster shift points, high performance motronic engine chips and top speed limiter removal,EML chip, M5 sport steering wheel(still have the original one, Alutech 18" staggered wheels with brand new(1k miles) Kuhmo ECSTA ASX tires, Zimmerman cross drilled rotors with rebuilt calipers, stainless steel break lines, rebuilt and upgraded head lights.and more....If I list everything I have done to this car, I probably would type all evening. As far as the maintenance and repair go every major or minor repair has already been taking care of! The list is huge, starting from brand new cooling system to valve steam seal and intake manifold gasket replacement! I even have leak down and compression test results available to prove the engine is in great shape.
Every seasoned E31 owner knows that if you were to buy a 10k 850i prepare to aether scrap the car or invest another 20k in parts and labor to bring it up to reliable condition.
My family will be expanding so we got new MB E320 CDI sedan so I have to sell the 850.
