Looking At E500 AMG FOR SALE Looks Good, 370+ HP, 0-60 in 4.9 Sec, Comments?
Hey guys i was looking on the internet and i found this really nice e500 amg i am thinking about buying, Has 370 plus horsepower and hits 60 in 4.9 which is impressive for a e500, so what do you guys think about this one. Also its a amg kit but enhanced engine.

Go for 2007 and UP
W211 from 2003 through 2005 had lots of problem. Spcially please don't buy 2003, there were lots of bugs and recall on 2003.
If you can afford then buy 2007 on W211, almost all the issues are gone from earlier models in 2007.

that is a completely BULL***** ebay listing. 370+ HP? No engine modifications....not even a cheap, aftermarket intake? Abosolutely NO description on the modifications he added for the extra 70HP?
$1000 custom chrome key? It's no more than $200 FULL price at the stealership.
The interior is ALL beat up....front AND rear.
Stay away from this car. The seller of this car knows absolutely NOTHING about this car, except the fact that he knows how to order cheap $5.00 AMG stickers to place on all the headrests and fenders.........

This car should be avoided like the bubonic plague, 370hp with no after market exhaust, and listen to how the engine sounds in the video of it starting..it sounds like my ML350 to tell you the truth.

Yep, agree with the other guys. There is no such thing as an E500 AMG. This is nothing more than a stock 302HP E500 with AMG stickers on it. And it's not even optioned very well at all.
