I think you are thinking of Performance Products...but they don't install AND there price is NOWHERE near 1100. If you find it for that price JUMP ON IT!! It is a F'ing GOOD deal!

It is a fairly simple swap of headlights (complete assemblies) after which the MB dealership has to set xenons to present (10 minutes reprogramming job) when the car currently has halogen lights...do a search on bi xenons in the W203 section and you will get plenty of information.
