Another vid of the CLE 53 again with lighting more favourable for Alpine Grey, ie. makes it look much lighter/brighter than it actually is.

Unlike the Graphite Magno the Alpine Grey really shows off the body shape lines beautifully.

Thanks for posting the video , the Alpine Grey with the black details certainly makes for a dramatic appearance ! When I saw the grey in real life and dull weather it still looked fairly bright ,so I do like it and it is much lighter than most of the current solid greys from other manufacturers that are everywhere now .
I just hope there will be a CLE53 cabriolet - I read somewhere that the 450 will be the top spec for the cabriolet despite the many videos of them being tested in camouflage over the last year ?
I love the way this video was produced with gloves and music .

Does Alpine Gray have any metallic to it ala bmw’s. Brooklyn Gray? Which is quite nice btw.

As far as I know it's a solid grey with no metallic content - at least that's what it looks like up close .

This was discussed last month and it seems the initial reference to Alpine Grey Metallic in the DOG was a typo and the latest DOG describes it as a Solid color. Having seen it in person on SUV's and SL's, it has no metallic content .

No definitely not Diamond white as it's a discontinued colour on all new models - although probably still available as a special order colour.

These SL's were definitely the new "whiter white" (I own a C204 in diamond white so know the difference) and it did look exactly the same as A Class and some other SUV's in the showroom there

I've actually looked it up and here in the Aust. market it is Digital White so way to go MB for continued confusion with colour naming lol

It's 100% a solid colour...

Been up close and checked out IRL many SUV's & EQ sedans in that colour.

As previously mentioned this new colour would be so much better if it included a metallic or pearl to it.

So... I am ready to put in an order, except both of my MB salesmen left MB, one went to BMW the other went to Porsche, now what? Anyone can recommend some MB sales in the GTA? If you need to please feel free to PM me or just post directly in the thread. Thank you.

Maybe I will evaluate options from BMW and Porsche as well while I try to find an MB salesman.

I've had very good experience now and in the past with Jason Rego at Mercedes Oakville ,although he is now promoted to the sales manager .
